This beautiful 1902 house sits on the second highest point in Elgin. We were charged with returning the front façade of this house to it's former glory. That would be an impossible task if it weren't for the fact we had a secret weapon - the original plans from the builder. The project was performed over two years in two phases. Part 1 of this project was the first-floor porch.
