Historic houses are not the only buildings that deserve exterior restoration as shown here in our Spring St. garage exterior restoration project. This circa 1920 garage was in a serious state of deterioration. Framing repairs, a new roof, door and window repairs, siding repairs, and new paint made this circa 1920 building look pretty. Once a home to raccoons, this garage is now a gem. And to think there were some who thought it should have been torn down - that would have been such a waste!
